Justice Haleema Salman of the Kwara state high court, Ilorin, says 'No evidence from the defendants that they are licensed to carry arms

All of the accused are found guilty of illegal possession of firearms

They were found guilty of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and armed robbery. 

They were also found guilty of conspiracy to commit culpable homicide and culpable homicide, punishable by death.
