🚨🇯🇵 JAPANESE DESTROYER SAILS THROUGH TAIWAN STRAIT FOR FIRST TIME IN DECADES

The Japanese destroyer JS Sazanami sailed through the Taiwan Strait for the first time since 1954, signaling a countermeasure to China.

Ordered by Japan’s PM Fumio Kishida, this move follows increased Chinese military activities around Taiwan.

Australian and New Zealand vessels also transited the strait for joint exercises.

China criticized the action, calling it a breach of sovereignty.

Tensions in the region rise as China routinely deploys aircraft and vessels near Taiwan, hinting at potential military action.
