🇮🇱🇱🇧NETANYAHU TO CONTINUE LEBANON CEASEFIRE DISCUSSIONS

After angering the U.S when he backed out of a 21-day ceasefire deal that was drafted in conjunction with him, Netanyahu has said that negotiations to reach an agreement would continue:

“Our teams met to discuss the U.S. initiative and how we can advance the shared goal of returning people safely to their homes. 

We will continue those discussions in the coming days.”

The U.S has warned that any escalation in the conflict would make it increasingly difficult for people to return to their homes near the border.
