A tornado in Wheeler County, GA has killed two people after overturning a mobile home, confirms the county coroner.

The National Weather Service reported a tornado in Jordan, GA around 8:57 p.m. ET, with two additional injuries also reported.

The storm hit as Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida’s Big Bend region.
