Skills: 
1. Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools. 
2. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. 
3. Proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Residency: Applicants must be residents or willing to relocate to the Local Government Area (LGA) of their assignment.
